Gheorghe Petrescu, member of the Central Committee of the Romanian Workers' Party, First Secretary of the Union of Working Youth of Romania, speaks with a greeting. The pioneer Dumitru Florescu speaks on behalf of the pioneers and schoolchildren of the city. Groups of children are walking along the streets, carrying banners and posters.
