- Stay of the parliamentary delegation of the People's Republic of Benin, headed by Joseph Delga in Moscow, Tbilisi. Members of the delegation at a reception at the Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR Orlov, Chairman of the Council of Nationalities of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR A. Voss, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Georgian SSR P. Gilashvili. Inspection of the Kremlin, Red Square. Visit to the Peoples' Friendship University. Acquaintance with the industrial, scientific enterprises of the Georgian SSR: visiting the metallurgical plant, the Georgian Agricultural Institute, the scientific and production association "Kolos", the Association "Tbilmoloko". Inspection of the architectural reserve Mtskheta. Students collect grapes on one of the farms. Interview with Joseph Degle (synchronously) before leaving for his homeland.
