- Abstract
- Estonia, Vändra village. Painter Karl Kontus, studying the history of his peasant family, looks through family photos. Traditional annual gathering of Karl Kontus's relatives from all over Estonia. Members of the Kontus family are laying a memorial stone at the place where the Kontus house stood for 200 years. Members of the Kontus family talk with each other, tell their family stories. The film stars: Karl Kontus, livestock technician Maye Kontus and 95 of their relatives.
