1) Pioneers greet the delegates of the 18th Congress of the CPSU (b); in the presidium the leaders of the party and government IV Stalin, LM Kaganovich, VM Molotov, MI Kalinin and others. Pioneers from the rostrum read greetings (sinhr.). 2) The delegates in the hall and the podium applauded. One of the girls gives Stalin a bouquet of flowers; Stalin accepts gifts from children.
