Opening remarks by Lieutenant-General, Professor D. A. Volkogonov (sinhr.). Newsreel 1941-1945. : printing of leaflets, posters on the machine. Distribution of propaganda leaflets among enemy troops through frontline intelligence officers; dropping them off the plane. View of posters with drawings, cartoons. A prisoner of war speaks on the radio with an address to the soldiers of the German army. German soldiers with leaflets in their hands go to voluntarily surrender. A column of captured German soldiers under escort moves along the road.
