Presentation of Awards

Chairman of the Presidium of the USSR Armed Forces N. V. Podgorny presents awards to Professor N. A. Preobrazhensky, Marshals of the Soviet Union G. K. Zhukov, K. K. Rokossovsky, I. N. Chistyakov, I. T. Novikov, others awarded. NV Podgorny presents certificates of conferring the title of People's Artist of the USSR - NS Plotnikov, RL Carmen, MS Donskoy.
