Shiva, Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR N. M. Shvernik in the Kremlin. Among those present: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the USSR VA Zorin, Secretary of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR AF Gorkin, employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the USSR, representatives of the Embassy of Norway in the USSR.
