Dahl presents his credentials to the Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR N. M. Shvernik. From the Soviet side present: Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the USSR GM Pushkin and Secretary of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR AF Gorkin. M. Dahl represents the staff of the embassy.
