Abstract
Moscow, January 5, 1953 Academician D. V. Skobeltsyn presents in the Kremlin a gold medal and a diploma of the laureate of the International Stalin Prize "For Strengthening Peace Among Nations" to a public figure of India, chairman of the All India Peace Council, Dr. Sayfuddin Kitchlu. Greetings and congratulations are presented by: E. T. Cherednichenko, V. I. Pudovkin, A. P. Khlopova. Sayfuddin Kitchlu gives a speech in response. Present at the award ceremony: I. G. Ehrenburg, Go Mo-jo, N. S. Tikhonov, Louis Aragon. According to Indian custom, the vice-chairman of the All India Peace Council, Dr. TS Kumaranna, lays a garland of fresh flowers on the shoulders of Sayfuddin Kitchlu.
