Presentation of the Order of Lenin to the Altai Territory

Secretary of the Central Committee of the CPSU NI Belyaev read out the decree on awarding and presenting a government award to the leaders of the region: Secretary of the Regional Committee of the CPSU GK Pysin and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Regional Council S.V. Shevchenko. KG Pysin attaches the Order of Lenin to the banner of Altai. Speakers: N. I. Belyaev, S. V. Shevchenko, Hero of Socialist Labor P. F.
