The film chronicle tells about the solemn meeting on March 19, 1971 in the House of Culture "Chemist", dedicated to the presentation of the Order of the October Revolution to the VV Kuibyshev Resurrection Chemical Combine. Kozlov, Deputy Minister of the Chemical Industry of the USSR B. S. Ushakov, Deputy Minister of the Chemical Industry of the USSR K. K. Cherednichenko, Head of the Union Association of the Chemical Industry of the USSR FS Volochko, head of the USSR Head of the Union of Glavkhim I. I. Korobkov. Solemn carrying out of the plant's banner. NT Kozlov from the rostrum on stage read out the decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on awarding the plant and, on behalf of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR, presents the award to the plant. The director of the plant N.I.Doktorov speaks from the rostrum. PART TWO. Speakers from the rostrum are Director of the Voskresensk Chemical Combine N.I.Doktorov, Chief Operator of the Complex Fertilizers Shop S.L. Gulyaev, Deputy Minister of Chemical Industry of the USSR B.S. Ushakov, Chairman of the Central Committee of Trade Unions of Workers of the Oil and Chemical Industry of the USSR N.P. Svettsov, First Secretary of the Resurrection City Committee of the CPSU ME Makhataev Pioneers greet the workers of the plant gathered in the hall, present flowers to the members of the presidium, read in chorus a poem dedicated to presenting the plant with the Order of the October Revolution. Those present at the solemn meeting take a welcome letter from the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR and the Council of Ministers of the USSR.
