A solemn meeting dedicated to the presentation of the rolling Red Banner of the Central Committee of the CPSU, the Council of Ministers of the USSR, the All-Union Central Council of Trade Unions and the Central Committee of the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League to the staff of the Central Studio of documentaries following the results of the socialist competition for 1981 and entering the USSR Exhibition of Economic Achievements on the Board of Honor.
