Manufacturing at an English factory of a commemorative sword as a gift to Stalingrad from King George VI; SM Budyonny presents the sword to the Stalingrad people. US Ambassador Harriman presents JV Stalin with certificates of honor for the city of Stalingrad; among those present - V.M. Molotov.
