Rewarding E Carter and Others in the Kremlin

City of Moscow, August 28, 1945. Solemn ceremony in the Kremlin to award the leaders of the Committee for Assistance to Russia in the War. The awards are presented by the Chairman of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR Mikhail Ivanovich Kalinin. The Order of the Red Banner of Labor is awarded to Chairman of the Committee Edward Carter. Medals "For Labor Merit" are awarded to: Economic Director of the Committee David Weingard, Moscow representative of the Committee Leo Grumeo. M.I. Kalinin congratulates the awardees, shakes hands with them.
