RL Carmens Apartment

Moscow city. May 19, 1988 RL Carmen's former apartment in a high-rise building on Kotelnicheskaya embankment. Representatives of the TSSDF, the Moscow City Executive Committee, and public order authorities are trying to resolve the issue of transporting R. Karmen's personal belongings from his apartment, which was arbitrarily occupied by members of a Moscow family. Present: S. Pumpyanskaya, V. Dorfman, Yu. Barykin, N. Zheltukhina.
