Abstract
The city of Petrograd. January 1919. Meeting of representatives of internationalists. Delegations from Austria, Switzerland and Turkey are traveling in the train carriage. Among those present are Gruber from Austria, F. Platten from Switzerland and others. The train arrives at the Nikolaevsky railway station. Representatives of foreign delegations get into their cars. The proletariat of Petrograd and units of the Red Army are meeting the internationalists who have arrived in the city. At the meeting are: G. E. Zinoviev, A. V. Lunacharsky. Smolny. Meeting of the Petrograd Soviet. Among the speakers: G. E. Zinoviev, A. V. Lunacharsky.
