Abstract
Rostov region, early October, 1944. Marshal of the Soviet Union Semyon Mikhailovich Budyonny awards orders to the workers of the military stud farms named after Budyonny, Kirov and the 1st Cavalry Army for conscientious work. Order of the Red Banner of Labor S.M. Budyonny awards the head of the Manychesky stud farm, Lieutenant Colonel Nikita Makarovich Tarasenko; the Order of the Badge of Honor of the herd's brigadier, sergeant Fyodor Antonovich Seminyakin; Order of the Red Banner of Labor - veterinarian, Lieutenant Colonel Vasily Prokhorovich Govorukhin. Marshal Budyonny, in the presence of the head of the Equestrian Directorate, Major General Mikhail Ivanovich Chumakov, Commander of the North Caucasian Military District, Lieutenant General Nikolai Kuzmich Klykov, examines the horses; watching the races. Among those present at the races is the wife of S.M. Budyonny - Maria Vasilievna Budyonnaya.
