Abstract
The film calls for the purchase of charitable tickets from the Lenin Soviet Children's Fund. The writer Albert Likhanov discusses the concept of mercy and compassion, talks about the creation of family-type orphanages at the initiative of the Lenin Soviet Children's Fund. The fund's tickets are of various denominations.
