Elections to the village council in the Maikop district: houses with signs "Ambulatory", "Hospital", collective farmers enter, leave the building, the presidium of the meeting, a man speaks, collective farmers vote. A new melange mill in Barnaul: buildings under construction, machines are working, a weaver is tying a broken thread, workers are installing a casing part, a worker is assembling a machine. Buildings in the Mozaltsevskaya commune: huts, a House of Culture, a vegetable storehouse, a power plant dam are under construction. Aleuts on the Commander Islands: sea, rocks, wooden houses, a man leads a dog sled, fur seals, a man feeds a sea otter.
