Abstract
The soldiers of the railway troops are working on the construction of the Baikal-Amur Mainline: they cut down glades in the taiga, unload the rock for the embankment. The machine is driving the piles. The tracklayer is moving. Rail laying. The first electric locomotive is moving along a separate section of the railway track. The helicopter delivers food and books to builders. The movement of the train on the newly built railroad along the shores of Lake Baikal. Classrooms of the Leningrad Higher School of Railway Troops and Military Formations named after M. V. Frunze. Cadets of the school at the instruments, at work on an electronic computer, at the control panel of the training railway station. The layout of the train goes on the rails.
