Abstract
The plot tells about the soldiers and officers of the Guards Tank Regiment, who called for the development of socialist competition under the motto: "We will implement the decisions of the 27th Congress, we will reliably defend the gains of socialism." The unit commander, Lieutenant Colonel Grigorash, makes a proposal to compete at a rally of the regiment's personnel (synchronously). Soldiers at political classes in the classroom; control tanks during training exercises at the training ground. Secretary of the Party organization of the squadron of the Red Banner Aviation Regiment named after Lenin's captain Kuznetsov conducts political studies with the pilots of the squadron; fishing with friends on winter fishing; sits in the helicopter cockpit. Air regiment helicopters in the air; fire shells to the ground. Lieutenant General D. Volkogonov talks about the work of People's Artist of the USSR, head of the Soviet Army ensemble BA Aleksandrov (synchronously); at an evening in the Great Hall of the Moscow Conservatory dedicated to the 80th birthday of Boris A.
