Ustinov, Marshal N.V. Ogarkov, defense ministers of Bulgaria, Hungary, East Germany, Romania, Czechoslovakia: General Dzhurov, General of the Army Tsinege, General of the Army Hoffman, Lieutenant General Olteanu, General of the Army Dzur and others.
