Abstract
The plot tells about the head of the Sumy Higher Artillery School, Lieutenant-General A.P. Morozov and the commander of the N-subdivision of the Marine Corps, Major G. Yagodintse, elected delegates to the XXVII Congress of the CPSU. AP Morozov conducts political studies at the school (synchronously); talks to the cadet in the office; talks with the builders of a residential building in the new quarter of the city of Sumy. AP Morozov talks with his wife, plays with his granddaughter at home. AP Morozov oversees the course of military exercises at the training ground. Major G. N. Yagodinets at the memorial to the perished sailors in Sevastopol; conducts political studies with the officers of the unit. Soldiers of the unit overcome the assault strip during the military exercises of the marines. Soldiers of one of the units of the Far Eastern Military District are writing letters home; are engaged in drill training on the parade ground; listen to the officer in the classroom; shoot from guns during exercises at the range.
