A special issue of the newsreel about the VI All-Army Meeting of the Secretaries of the Primary Party Organizations, held in Moscow in May 1982. Among those present at the meeting: DF Ustinov, AA Epishev, NI Ogarkov, KU Chernenko and others. DF Ustinov is speaking (synchronously and behind the scenes).
