Stand to Death

Stalingrad front, August. Soldiers and commanders at the gun. Soviet mortars are firing at enemy fortifications. One of the officers is observing through binoculars, the fighter transmits the results of the observation by phone. A group of commanders at the map is clarifying the plan for the upcoming combat operation. Soviet tanks go on the offensive, soldiers go on the attack.
