The Autopsy of the Tomb of Ivan the Terrible

Moscow city. Kremlin. Cathedral of the Archangel. Opening of the tomb of Ivan the Terrible and his sons (Fedor, Ivan). Present: V. I. Fedorov (chief architect of the Kremlin), E. S. Sizov (curator of the Archangel Cathedral), V. I. Markelova (architect). Scientists put the bones of the skeleton in the sarcophagus, cover the skeleton with sand, put a capsule with documents on the work done. Workers are installing a stone slab. Present: M. M. Gerasimov, V. S. Mashnina, N. S. Vladimirskaya, E. S. Sizov, V. I. Fedorov, A. F. Chadin and others.
