Meeting of children with the sailors of the Estonian fishing fleet. Sailors give gifts to children. A visit to the orphanage of the Tallinn Sea Port. Everyday life of children in an orphanage: studying at school, preparing lessons; discussion at the children's council of the behavior of V. Volkhonsky's pupil, who tore up a wall newspaper containing criticism of him. V. Volkhonsky's transition to re-education in a children's foster home. AT Kumpan is on the train; meets with V.
