The Formula for Success

The film introduces a new method of organizing production at the Kaluga Turbine Plant, which is based on the creation of complex teams for the production of a set of parts for individual structural units of the turbine. Shown the checkpoint, the production shops of the plant, the meeting of the workers of the brigade, dedicated to the admission to the brigade of a new worker (synchronously) and a production meeting with the head of the shop (synchronously). The basic principles and main idea of the new method are illustrated with the help of animation.
