The second part of the film is about preparing young people for work in the [state] vocational school №2 (GPTU №2) of the Moscow region. State qualification exams at GPTU No. 2. The happy student who passed the exam goes out into the corridor. WWII and labor veterans congratulate the graduates of the Komsomol with the beginning of their labor activity. In addition to vocational training at GPTU No. 2, students are engaged in general physical training during physical education lessons: they perform exercises on the Swedish wall, climb a tightrope. For those who wish, there are sports sections in judo, basketball and many others. others. At the subbotnik, students improve the area around the school. The young men are collecting garbage, raking up last year's grass, a garbage truck is on the road. Girls wash windows and desks in classrooms. The student group "Poisk" is engaged in the history of the school, in the hands of the children are photographs of the past. Teachers and students of GPTU No. 2 tell the sponsored schoolchildren about the conditions of education, working specialties that can be obtained at the school. They give a concert of amateur performances: a vocal and instrumental ensemble is playing, a young man sings with a guitar.
