The city of Moscow, the building of the House of the Soviet Army named after M. V. Frunze. The final stage of the art competition of the All-Union Festival of Youth and Students. Speakers: the student choir of the Leningrad State University named after Zhdanov, the dance ensemble of the University of Tartu, the pop ensemble of the Kirov Georgian Polytechnic Institute, the Chukotka-Eskimo song and dance ensemble of the pedagogical and medical schools of the peoples of the Far North.
