Abstract
The film tells about the Soviet state and society in the 1920s-1930s. In part I, the following filming was used: Newsreels, Russia, late 1920s-early 1930s. (b / w): a view of a falling sawn tree in a winter forest (rapid). The workers are rolling the logs. Rykova (Perly) Natalya Alekseevna, the daughter of a Soviet statesman who was shot in 1938, at home talks about her dreams, about eighteen years of imprisonment on charges "for non-reporting and anti-Soviet agitation" (sinhr.).
