Interview with one of the meeting participants in the lobby. The building of the House of Culture, decorated with a banner with the inscription: "Hello to the participants of the anniversary celebration!" Exhibition of photographs introducing the everyday life of the inhabitants of the city of Vilyuisk. A festive procession of residents of the city, performance of athletes, a theatrical performance at the stadium. Residents of the city are dancing in the square.
