- Abstract
- The first All-Union festival of amateur artistic creativity of workers, held in the city of Ulyanovsk and Gorky. Performances are amateur art ensembles "Narspi" (Cheboksary), "Textile Territory" (Ivanovo), "Lenok", the folklore ensemble of the Maryevsky rural House of Culture of the Penza region, the folk dance ensemble of the Palace of Culture "Builder" in Kazan and others.
