Speech by NS Khrushchev at the 4th session of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR (January 14-15, 1960), which adopted a law on a new significant reduction in the Armed Forces of the USSR; at the 15th session of the UN General Assembly (September 20 - December 21, 1960) with a proposal for general and complete disarmament. Implementation of the law adopted by the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on the significant reduction of the Armed Forces of the USSR. The sailors leave the cruiser Frunze, which is destined for destruction. The demobilized soldiers are leaving on the train. Destruction of weapons: rifles, machine guns, cannons, shells, tanks.
