The film is dedicated to the problem of mercy. The film is about old, lonely people kept in a nursing home, which is also a neuropsychiatric dispensary. The film uses the following filming: the movement of cars along the Georgian Military Highway, the life of the inhabitants of the neuropsychiatric boarding house in Mtskheta, interviews with the inhabitants of the boarding school (sinhr.), With the Minister of Social Security of the Georgian SSR (sinhr.).
